Here is our little story...
It took several months of reflection to develop the renovation plans for this old farmhouse located in the heart of Oléron Island, in Chéray.
Now managed by our small family business, It is after 18 months of work, carried out in 2015 and 2016 by local companies and with a lot of volunteer help from our loved ones, that we were able to open in 2017.
This 450 m2 building offers great modularity to accommodate from 2 to 30 people. Equipped and comfortable cottages, garden and large courtyard, parking, everything has been restored to respect the authenticity of the island, combining charm and modernity as best as possible.
Hoping that even if Ølé Chaîs Nous (this is our home in local dialect), from which comes our name ØCN, you will feel at home!

Ideally located, ØCN allows you to enjoy the most beautiful places on Oléron Island with ease!
Outside the cottages, discover on foot the village of Chéray, its shops, its daily market, or its 11th-century church, one of the most beautiful buildings on the island!
Just a few kilometers away: sandy beaches (free shuttle access during the summer), the port of La Cotinière, Fort Boyard, Chassiron Lighthouse...
You can also take advantage of the many nearby cycling paths to explore the island by bike.

Family reunions, sports meetings, or seminars in perspective?
We offer you a space entirely dedicated to group accommodation for up to 30 people:

12 modular rooms accommodating from 2 to 4 people, each with a shower room,
-
1 dining room and kitchen of about 50 m2 fully equipped,
-
1 large adjoining room of 80m2 with glass and stone walls, overlooking the courtyard and garden,
-
a minibus parking space.
According to your needs, we offer three rental options for 15, 23, or 30 people.
